I have a question: The tendency to use non monetary has any relation with culture. Meaning, do the people in ME will respond effectively to this incentives?

In the literature, were there similar studies that were recently conducted in Egypt? I think it would be very interesting since as a country we produce a considerable amount of biomass, and if used, it can be an important source of sustainable energy.
